AirScore does not assess, diagnose, or quantify individual health risks. It is not a medical, diagnostic, regulatory, or environmental consulting tool. AirScore does not identify the cause of any medical condition and cannot be used to determine whether an environmental factor contributed to an illness.
The AirScore and accompanying information are intended to summarize publicly available environmental information in a simple and accessible format. They are not evidence of exposure, causation, diagnosis, or future health outcomes.
A higher AirScore does not guarantee favorable health outcomes, and a lower AirScore does not mean an individual will experience illness or adverse health effects. Individual health depends on many factors beyond the scope of AirScore.
AirScore Methodology
The AirScore is a proprietary scoring model developed by AirScore using publicly available environmental datasets and internally developed weighting methodologies.
The score represents AirScore's interpretation of available data and should not be considered an official government rating, certification, or regulatory determination. Reasonable individuals or organizations may weigh environmental factors differently and reach different conclusions.
Data Sources and Accuracy
AirScore incorporates data from publicly available and third-party sources, including but not limited to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), AirNow, and other government and public datasets.
While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, timeliness, or suitability of any information, calculations, maps, scores, reports, or other content presented through AirScore.
Environmental conditions, public datasets, and government reporting may change over time, and AirScore may not always reflect the most current information.

AirScore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.
